The volleyball European cups are organized by the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). The system and names of the competitions have changed over the years. The top competition is currently called CEV Indesit Champions League. Second in importance is CEV Cup, which was called CEV Cup Winner's Cup until 2000, then renamed to Top Teams Cup and renamed to CEV Cup in 2007. The former CEV Cup was also renamed to CEV Challenge Cup.
